Learning Outcomes
After completing the course, students will have the necessary knowledge, skills, and techniques for advanced level applications. They will master the chemostat and be able to design, set up, and operate various laboratory aerobic or anaerobic reactors and define and characterize wastes and select suitable treatment with emphasis on by-products and biofuel/biogas production. Students will also be able to calculate and control kinetic parameters and biomass growth.
Content
