Requirements
Attendance on seven seminar meetings. Two presentations and written project plan and final report.
Completion parts must belong to the same implementation
Learning Outcomes
After completing the course, the student - has learned detailed information about a specific topic in signal processing, computational systems biology or biotechnology, - is able to manage a small project, - can work in a project and write project reports in the technical scientific format, - has the ability to present the project to an audience, and - has gained insight into writing the diploma thesis.

Instructions for students on how to achieve the learning outcomes
Credits are assessed by the difficulty of the project and work load of the student. Credits are agreed in the project plan and possible extra work which would increase the amount of credits is also described in the same report.
