Description:
PhD course on Behavioral Informatics and Computational Modelling. a nascent area at the intersection of psychology and engineering involving monitoring, inference, assessment and intervention of behaviors. Upon completion of this course, students will be able to describe the new field of behavioral informatics, identify sets of sensors that can be used to monitor human behaviors in the home and environment, and summarize approaches to modeling health behavior change. Course is lectured by visiting FiDiPro professors Holly Jimison and Misha Pavel from the Northeastern University, Boston.
