General description

Optional course, max 16 students.

Content: This course offers in providing general concept regarding the leadership in educational settings. This course provides the students to understand leadership approach in educational settings. During the course, leadership theories, leadership styles will be discussed to familiarize students to gain deeper understanding with the concept of educational leadership.

Requirements for course completion: Essay in English, Oral presentation, Lectures and discussion
