After the course, the student can:
- study scientific literature to stay up to date on the state-of-the-art methods in bioinformatics.
- compare the state-of-the-art methods in terms of their benefits and drawbacks.
- give a presentation on a bioinformatics topic.
One presentation, attendance to seven seminars during one academic year, and active participation in the seminars are required to pass the course.
