Aim of the course
An individual and individually designed learning project is carried out on the course within a research group, a company or an NGO. The aim of the course is to convert theoretical knowledge into practical skills and focus on solving real-life problems.
Learning outcomes
Upon completion of the course the student
-has developed time management skills, organizing and decision making skills as well as problem-solving skills
-has achieved skills in successfully planning and implementing an individual learning project
-has improved his/her networking skills and learnt to express one's own views and share information with others in the group
-is able to identify and recognize one's own skills, strengths and theoretical knowledge and how to make use of them

A project plan approved by the supervising teacher is needed before starting the course. A written report, approved by the supervisor, of the completed project is required in order to obtain the credits for the course.
The course can be taken anytime during the academic year.
