HoopDance, like the name can tell, is dancing with a hoop. It's suitable for everyone, regardless of your age or gender, only your body sets the limits. HoopDance enhances coordination, body awareness and circulation, makes the body firmer - and to top it all, leaves a big smile on your face!

Tuition is in Finnish, but assistance can also be given in English.
