In particular, students will be able to analyse the effectiveness/ineffectiveness of some managerial practices and what are the central roles and responsibilities related to management particularly in private, public and non-profit organisations. Students are also familiarized what are the most crucial current challenges and future perspectives facing the management and concrete managerial working duties.
