After completing the course the student will understand:
• Leadership in management work, especially participative approaches
• Change dynamics
• Characteristic challenges in managing organisational renewal
• Complexity theory and cultural theory

Priority is given for the degree students in Master's programme in Media Management and Master’s programme in Business Competence (max. 12 students from the Business Competence programme).
