Learning outcomes

After completing the course students can explain the concept of cell technology in the field of tissue engineering. Student can define the most common cell and tissue culture methods and understand the reasons to use differentiation factors in tissue engineering. Student can outline the basics of bioreactor design. In addition, they can describe the special requirements in cell manipulation techniques. Students know the most common cell and tissue culture and differentiation methods in tissue engineering.

Passing the written exam (70%), and 30% from the seminar and performance during lectures.
