Learning outcomes
Upon successful completion of the course, students will have
• developed some of the core competencies needed for working in multilingual and multicultural teams in the workplace.
• gained a better understanding of group communication, interaction and dialogue.
• improved their ability to better manage and resolve conflict.
• attained a critical understanding of how roles, communication styles and learning preferences may help or hinder group work.
• become aware of diversity issues beyond nationality.
