Artistic Gymnastic is defined as a sport activity that includes the involvement of body movement; it also includes your body balance, your physical strength and most importantly your body flexibility. In this lesson you mainly use floor, but also other apparatus.

Tuition is in Finnish, but assistance can also be given in English.
