The aim of the General Studies is to support the student with his/her study skills and personal development throughout the studies.
Upon successful completion of general studies the student will: - be familiar with the university and Master’s level studies - know the structure of the Master's degree programme - learn to plan his/her studies independently and responsibly - understand the importance of one’s own independent work in progressing in the studies - learn how to find help and advice and how to seek information needed in MSc studies - know how to use university's ICT services - learn how to communicate in working life and how to further develop these skills independently - understand ethical perspectives and practice in health research
