Learning outcomes

After completing the major subject studies, the student can perform analyses of DNA and protein sequences, protein structures and gene expression data and interpret the results. The student can describe the process of scientific research and can conduct research and participate in writing reports of research results.

Evaluation

Weighted average of all courses with numeric evaluation and the MSc thesis.
