Bioinformatics, 76–82 ECTS

Learning outcomes

The students will have theoretical and practical knowledge about key fields of bioinformatics, computational biology, and systems biology. After finishing they will be able to perform analyses of DNA and protein sequences, protein structures and gene expression data and interpret the results in their biological context.

Weighted average of all numerically evaluated courses and the MSc thesis.
