Students will understand and utilise qualitative research methods to study the continuous process of organising in modern media companies.

After completing the course the student will understand: • Organising realities: modern organisations viewed as hybrid-, network- and matrix cases • Understanding organising realities through a qualitative perspective • Qualitative research through the process of thematic interviewing • Acquiring data through inter-subjective sharing of meanings • Analysing data with content analysis
