Asian Studies, 15–20 op

Osaamistavoitteet

Having studied the module Asian Studies (20 ECTS), the students have got acquainted, through multi-scientific and practical explanations with the past, present and future of nations, enterprises and citizens of the Asia-Pacific Region. The students recognize the similarities and dissimilarities between 21 Asia-Pacific countries and 4 regions in the areas of country profiles, governmental administration, political and legal frameworks, marketing, sourcing, business cultures, negotiation styles, legal aspects as well as social and environmental issues. The students learn to understand, analyze and utilize the differences between Western and Eastern countries and cultures.
