Learning outcomes

An excellent command of Swedish in practice together with an intercultural competence in communication and ability to acknowledge and analyze the structural and theoretical complexities of language. Familiarity of the history and development of the language in its cultural context. Advanced skills in one research field with the methodological competence to prepare a thesis in Swedish on an agreed topic, and the basic knowledge of one related Scandinavian language and culture.

Content

Required courses S1-S3, 25 study points worth of S4 specialization studies, and S5 thesis.

Evaluation

Numeric 1-5.

Further information

Starting level: Intermediate studies completed with a grade of at least three (3). For second subject students the amount of advanced studies is 40 study points + 20 study points worth of thesis studies.
