The course drafts an outline of the legal basis of the finances of the European Union.

Contents

The following topics will be dealt with in detail:
- Legal and economic dimensions of the European Union supervision of EU funding.
- The budget of the EU.
- Financial monitoring in the EU.
- Economic and Monetary Union (EMU).
- Division of powers and tasks between the EU and Member States.
