The course focuses on work-related information practices such as information seeking, information sharing and personal information management. The main characteristics of work-related information practices in the contexts of work task performance and studying.
Learning outcomes
After completing the course a student is expected to be able to:
-critically assess the strenghts and weaknesses of the models of information seeking, information use, information sharing and personal information management in work-related contexts -apply such models in research work related to the master thesis in particular.
