Learning outcomes

To introduce students to the principles of an academic final project.

Contents

Students practice the following academic practices: (i) summaries, abstracts and reviews of scientific articles; (ii) the use of libraries and bibliographies; (iii) typographical questions; (iv) the use of corpora when searching for material; (v) producing academic text. In addition, students choose a topic for their seminar work during this course.

Evaluation and evaluation criteria

Pass/fail.
Continuous assessment.

Recommended year of study

It is recommended that students take this course the same year as the seminar (A11B) and Bachelor's degree (A11C).
