Contents
Methods of design and evaluation. Usability testing, expert evaluations, contextual design and evaluation, empathic design, affective design, participative design, surveys, log analyses, observation, video taping and interview methods. The stages of the design process and different aspects of evaluation.
Teaching methods
Evaluation project and the related documentation alone or in groups (20 h). Method presentations in groups (20 h of which 6h lectures).
