To introduce students to interpretation and applying of the law and to introduce the theory of judicial argumentation and to the research methods of public law.

Contents

Doctrine of source of law. Theory of judicial argumentation. Normative judicial research and its basis. Methodology and trends of judicial research. Comparative law in the field of public law.
