General description

Organisation responsible: Journalism and Mass Communication or Management Studies

Learning outcomes

Students will finalise thesis research plans, conduct the research, analyse the results, write the thesis, and defend. The ultimate objective is graduation.

Contents

• Application of course study to thesis research projects
• Stylistics for thesis documents
• Development of thesis ideas and plans
• Sharing of results in process

Teaching methods

Personal discussions, critical feedback.

Teaching language

English

Modes of study

Readings, critical discussion, field research, writing, presentations. Spans one academic year (the second full year of master’s studies).

Evaluation and evaluation criteria

Numeric 1-5.
Quality of seminar papers and active involvement in attendance and discussions of own work and the work of peers.

As necessary for successful completion of the thesis.
