Learning outcomes
Students learn the basics of information seeking, the necessary skills in using the University library and finding information in the databases offered by the library, and are able to use the library services in their studies. After the course, students are able to seek for course books and literature on specific fields with the help of scientific bibliographies. Students are able to search for articles in Finnish and international publications, in the library’s collection of journals and in the electronic article databases.
