Learning outcomes

To give a systematic view of the Finnish constitution, international treaties and Finland in European Union. To give a general view of functions and structures of foreign constitutions.

Contents

The constitutions, structure, contents, classification and relation to international law. Finnish legal system and constitution. The parliament, president and government in the Finnish system. The citizen and the election system.
