Students increase their self-knowledge and improve their interactive skills through a group process by reflecting on their relationship to themselves, to others, to studies and to professional social work. Students recognise their own behaviour in a group with the help of feedback from others, become aware of social work issues that interest them and define their personal study goals.

Modes of study
Small groups meet every other week (24h) for one academic year. In addition, students become familiar with the practices of social work through social posts (12h) of their own choice. Group meetings consist of free discourse and reflections with the help of various methodologies. The discourse concerns expressing oneself in a group, studies and social work and ethical questions. One of the important themes of this course is to work on a personal study plan.
