Learning outcomes

To rigorously study the basic notions of real variable calculus and to achieve deeper understanding on why the mathematical formulae and rules familiar from the school actually work.

Contents

Real numbers and inequations, basic functions, supremum and infimum, continuity, sequences and convergence, limits and the "epsilon-delta" technique, Bolzano's theorem, derivatives, intermediate value theorem.
