Learning outcomes

After successful completion of the course students will be able to understand and use differents kinds of Finnish expressions that concern matters and situations related to everyday life. They will also be able to describe some of the most important things about themselves, surroundings, studies, hobbies, plans and other similar topics, and to understand descriptions given of these kinds of issues. In addition students will understand at least the main points of short and simple texts with familiar themes and write short desciptions of their own lives and describe brief situations and events in writing.
