Acquainting the students with theories, hypotheses, and applications regarding leadership and development of higher education organizations and their departments.

Contents

The basic structures and decision-making in organizations, and the interaction between them and organizations.
Characteristics of academic organizations.
The mechanics and dynamics between higher education institutions and their environments.
Cultures of disciplines and administration.
