Students learn problem-solving, interaction and interview skills needed in client work. They learn to separate the interactive elements between a client and a social worker, and to understand the challenges of values and ethical choices. Students learn how to analyse the possibilities and challenges of the development of their own client work skills through feedback and self-evaluation.
