Learning outcomes

This course provides the student who already has a good basic knowledge of administrative law with can opportunity to carry out legal research and improve his or her skills in the field of administrative law. The course covers functions and behaviour of administrative agencies. The course examines the fundamental concepts and doctrines of administrative law.

Contents

Methods and sources of administrative law are subjects of analysis, so background and structure of principal administrative loads too. Analysis and study of problems arising in the context of foreign legal systems.
