Consists of SPOPS4b3 and SPOPS4b4.

Learning outcomes

To receive background information for their theses, students become familiar with previous research work concerning their thesis subjects (S4b3, 4 ECTS) and deepen their knowledge of related theoretical dispositions while finishing with the use of the source material for their theses. Simultaneously students work on their facilities to report on their research choices with good Finnish. Based on the literature that they have chosen, students write an essay (S4bs, 10 ECTS), which can be revised as a practice essay by its contents and language.
