To learn about contemporary security problems in the Baltic Sea area, with a particular focus on the role of Russia.

Contents

Different approaches to security, security system and international actors, history of security developments (from the Cold War era to the present), new types of security challenges, Russia's role in security developments in the Baltic Sea area.
