Acquainting the students with the evaluation of the operation of higher education institutions and its theoretical bases as well as quality assurance.

Contents

Quality thinking and approaches to evaluation - theoretical and historical basis.
Methods and functions of quality management.
Evaluation policies and evaluation models - evaluation of education, research, and institutions in different countries.
