Learning outcomes

Students understand the nature of statistics and know the basic concepts. They are able to examine given data with appropriate numerical and graphical descriptive methods. Students know the basics of probability models. They are able to analyse given sample and make conclusions regarding population using point estimators, confidence intervals, and statistical tests.
