Learning outcomes

After successful completion of the course students can use and understand simply-structured Finnish expressions that concern some of the most common matters and situations related to everyday life (location and moving, orders and requests, state of health). They can also describe some of the most important things about themselves, their families and their immediate surroundings, and understand descriptions given about these kinds of topics. In addition they can give accounts of matters and situations belonging to the past, and understand similar accounts.

Group instructions 39 hours and independent work about 40 hours.
