By the conclusion of this course, a student will be expected to be able to demonstrate an ability to analyze and synthesize the literature in the field of business competence. S/he can read, reflect, discuss and respond to the texts critically and with the maturity of thought.
Contents
The purpose of this course is to familiarize a student in the field of business competence with the seminal and current readings. It also provides the student with an opportunity to strengthen her/his theoretical knowledge in greater depth and breadth. This will be achieved by conducting a review and reflection on the selected literature.
