To give elementary knowledge of administrative law required for administrative procedure.

Contents

Basic concepts of administrative law. Organization of public administration. Requirements of good administration. Procedure applicable in administrative matters. Openness in administrative procedure. How to apply provisions concerning administrative procedure in practice.
