The course aims to provide an advanced overview of current research and issues in the area of strategic management accounting and to develop students’ communication and teamwork skills.
Contents
The historical development of strategic management accounting. The relationship between strategy and management accounting systems. Innovative strategic management accounting techniques. The roles of management accounting in strategic control and decision making.
