After the course the student knows the principles and constraints of public finances in EU and Eurozone and understands the elements of economic success and economic policy in EU and particularly in Eurozone.
Contents
The course focuses on strategic issues in public finance and applies them to the EU. The course will enable students to understand current issues relating to the sustainability and resilience of the EU public finances, with an emphasis on the causes, consequences and cures of the Eurozone crisis.
