To give the course participants an understanding of the key educational problems in developing countries and of the efforts of these countries as well as of development cooperation in finding solutions to the problems.

Contents

The course analyzes the present conditions of education in developing countries and the role of these countries´ governments and non-governmental actors in analyzing and developing solutions to the problems, and the potential role of development cooperation in this context.
