Learning outcomes

The Master's Thesis must be an original and significant contribution to the advancement of knowledge in a chosen subject area in the field of local public law. Students must write a thesis about 80-100 pages (A4). Candidates will also be examined in the maturity test.

Contents

The Master's thesis does not merely involve a description of legal rules and principles. More important is to acquire such intellectual qualities as clear and independent thought, precision in the use of legal sources and legal language, the capacity to analyze and solve complex legal problems, the ability to present arguments in a clear and logical manner, and generally, thoroughness of legal thinking and research.
