To react to interpreting situations naturally. To master the simultaneous technique and conference interpreting. To work in a group of interpreters and to independently develop personal interpreting skills.

Contents

Applying the skills learned during the introductory courses, activating listening skills, practicing simultaneous technique, public speaking, conversational skills and voice control in working language A, conference interpreting, working in a booth in pairs, practicing interpreting with semi-authentic material (speeches that are spontaneous, half-structured, structured or read), using interpreting equipment, recording the interpretation, self-assessment.

Evaluation and evaluation criteria

Numeric 1-5.
Grade based on interpreting exercises and a written self-assessment report.
