Learning outcomes

After the course, students understand the value creation in service networks, and the idea of organizing the service production and value creation in networks. Students understand the development of network research, and can analyze and interpret different service networks.

Contents

The course includes the different relationships and interactions in networks, different ways of networking, and the complexity and the dynamics in networks.
