Public Law as a subject. An outline of constitutional law. Finnish constitution, international treaties and Finland in the European Union. Civil rights. Basic concepts of administrative law. Public administration and its organization. Administrative procedure and administrative compulsion. Protection of law in public administration. An outline of municipal law and the law on civil servants.
