The course is intended for the students of collaborative teaching institutions to expand their knowledge and understanding on the promotion of health, safety and wellbeing at work. The course is also suitable for international students in their initation into Finnish activities related to occupational health and wellbeing.
Learning outcomes
After the completion of the course the students have abilities to identify and determine the role of the ergonomics in the promotion of health, safety and wellbeing at work, and in the controlling of work-related load factors and risks.
Contents
The Finnish concept for promoting work ability and wellbeing as well as its main partners are introduced in the course.
