After the course, students know how to use well-established methods of strategic analysis in practice. They have skills on carrying out industry or company analysis. They are able to prepare and present a professionally valid expert report to an audience in English.

Strategic analysis, and environmental scanning models; industry structure and competitive forces; analyzing future for business/public management/third sector decisions; information sources for industry and company analysis; applying well-established analytical tools in analyzing different strategies; writing an essay on a given assignment on strategy; presentation in English (1 hour) in a seminar.
