To provide the students with knowledge of the structure and function of regional, national and international health care systems, their function and financing strategies.
Contents
• regional, national and international level approaches to health policy and planning • situational analysis of population health needs, services, resources and environment • organization of health care and the multisectoral approach to health • health care financing systems, costs of health care and budgeting • multinational organizations and their impact in health policy formulation
