General description

This course deals with the requirements and strategies in the internationalization of services. The focus is on private service businesses pursuing financial income through services. Although similar types of issues may partly apply to public sector services, the special nature of public sector services is not covered. The course focuses on these main contents:
international service industries; creating new service markets; finding and assessing service potential; international service strategies; resources and operations in internationalizing services.
